Requirements

- Over 18 years old to apply;
- A permanent Australian resident;
- In regular paid employment and earning an annual gross income of more than  $24 000;
- Free of any defaults on past loans or credit card bills within the last 5 years;
- Must not have filed for bankruptcy within the last 7 years;
- Are not on a probationary period of employment (once you are settled in your new job, you can apply for the loan).

Documents

- Proof of Residency: you must supply your current address and details on your previous address if you've moved within the last three years.
- Proof of Income: you must supply details of your financial situation. This includes any savings, assets, income and expenses. You will be required to detail your rent or mortgage repayments as well as any credit or store card limits.
- Proof of Employment: you must supply information on your employment such as pay slips, recent tax returns and invoices. In addition, you will also be asked to include the address of your employment and contact details.

Important information

Fees:
- Establishment fee :  $ 199. You’ll pay the establishment fee only once, when you first get the loan.
- Monthly admin fee:  $ 10.
- Early termination fee: There’s also an early repayment fee, but you’ll only need to pay this if you pay-out your loan early. The amount will depend on how much you still owe on your loan, and how long you have left on your agreed term.
